Minnesota's Extreme Abortion Policy



Minnesota's abortion policy is as extreme as any in the world. It is the most extreme in the United States.

The Democrat Legislature and Governor 'Ding Bat' Walz enacted legislation making abortion legal for any reason and any time during pregnancy.
The Democrat state legislature repealed a 1995 bi-partison statute that required that infants born alive recieve appropriate care including nourishment and good medical practices be taken to preserve the life and health of a baby born alive. They replaced this requirement with comfort care which means wrapping the born alive infant in a blanket and leave it to die on the table with no nourishment or medical attention. The law no longer applies just to babies that survive abortion but all babies born alive. Babies with disabilities are the most at risk.

Governor Ding Bat Walz and the creepy Democrats with their comfort care policy is directly in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.



The Fourteenth Amendment states in Section 1
"Section 1 All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."


In a 1995 Minnesota Supreme Court decision "Doe verses Gomez" the court asserted a right to abortion in the Minnesota State Constitution and required taxpayer funding through Minnesota's Medicaid program.

Although the U.S. Supreme Court no longer requires abortions nationwide, Minnesota state courts impose it here. The creepy Democrats and Governor 'Ding Bat' Walz inacted legislation which is codified in Minnesota Statutes a statute that gives a fundamental right to abortion upto birth rejecting all gestational limits. They also repealed most of Minnesota's outstanding abortion laws including laws requiring full informed consent for women, and the requirement to provide parental notification. They even repealed the Minnesota Positive Alternatives Statute that provided support and alternatives for women who wanted to carry their babies to full term.

Our 'Ding Bat' Governor Walz and the creepy Democrats even repealed the requirement to report born alive abortion cases (people will not know how many abortion cases are born alive and what care they receive).
